Thiols, Terps, & Love is back after almost a 2 year hiatus. This beer is a tribute to our NZ hops supplier, Freestyle Farms. We are fortunate to be able to work with the fine folks at Freestyle. They’ve raised the bar when it comes to quality, consistency, transparency, and growing hops with brewers and the beer you’re drinking in mind. This edition features Peacharine, NZ Cascade, and Freestyle Nectaron. This is the first year Freestyle has grown and sold Nectaron and we’re excited to use it. The 2025 harvest just arrived a few weeks ago so we threw it right in this beer. A very pale malt bill and a dry finish keep this Extra Pale Ale incredibly snappy and easy to drink. Tons of citrus, tropical fruit, and the easily identifiable NZ hop funk explode from the glass.
