We’ve been stoked on Strata since we first tried it as experimental X331 back in 2016. It’s a very unique hop that delivers an awesome blend of strawberry, passion fruit, citrus, and bubblegum flavors and aromas. Our Pale Ales are intentionally less in your face then our 5% L IPAS when it comes to hop flavor and aroma.

They're great for when you want something with hop expression but a little more balance between malt and hops.
