NEW WORLD PILSNER
Slarve is a new beer brewed in collaboration with New Image Brewing from Arvada, CO. We brewed the exact same base beer as Stivot but fermented it with an all new yeast strain that's been gene edited to release bound Thiols from malt and Hops. When these thiols are released they give off insane aromas and flavors of Guava, grapefruit, and white grape. Try them both side by side and see how impactful just one small tweak to a beer can be.
