Silver Dagger is back and better than ever. This is our spin on a lightish American Lager. We cereal mashed a decent amount of rice to give it that really crisp profile and hopped it in the kettle with nothing but Zumo. Zumo is a new hop that we love for it’s subtle lime zest character. We brewed it high gravity just like the big guys do and diluted it down to 4.5% right before packaging. It’s the ultimate companion to summer activities. Crisp, crushable, with just a bit of weirdness to make uniquely ours. For the first time we also packaged it in a limited number of clear 12oz bottles just so we could serve Spaghetts at the tap room. If yer not on the Spaghett train we suggest you hop on ASAP. Light bier + Aperol + lemon. We needn’t say more. Presently this is only available in cans to go and on site in Spaghett form.
