Our second in a series of Spaghetti Western themed West Coast IPAs is out. This one features Motueka and Nelson from Garston Hops. Garston is growing hops 600 miles farther south than the typical hop growing region in NZ and we’re really pumped on the unique characters that the terroir of their farm brings to some of our favorite NZ hops. We paired their hops with a nice lot of WA grown Simcoe and it’s amazing how much they lift up the Simcoe in this beer. Bright berry and stonefruit notes with some melon and really sold resinous flavor. Dry, bitter, aromatic, and packed with flavor. Very drinkable for its ABV, especially in this heat!
