We wanted to have another dark option on tap that displayed a bit more roast character than our Czech Style Dark Lager. This recipe is based off the most popular beer of this style. It uses a significant portion of Brown Malt that really helps to drive home the dark chocolate aspect of this beer. This is also the first beer we’ve served on our new cask engine for that really true to style feel. English malts, English hops, English yeast, and a traditional English pour.
