We wanted to have another dark option on tap that displayed a bit more roast character than our Czech Style Dark Lager. This recipe is based off the most popular beer of this style. It uses a significant portion of Brown Malt that really helps to drive home the dark chocolate aspect of this beer. Served at cellar temp on our beer engine for as authentic a drinking experience as possible. English malts, English hops, English yeast, and a traditional English pour.
