Brewed in Collaboration with our buds at Level Crossing in Salt Lake. We took our single hop Pils series, Just Me, and turned it into a two hop bier. Level Crossing selected Hallertau Blanc and we selected Hallertau Mittlefruh to add to this classic, snappy, dry German Style Pilsner. A little more hop accented than our more traditionally hopped Pale Lager. Bright noble hop character with maybe a touch of white wine esters from the Hallertau Blanc.
