You’re a bit of a Hop Head but you’re feeling Lager Curious? Well this is the beer for you. A New World Pils starts it’s life as a traditional Pilsner. We use Pilsner malt, lager yeast, and Noble Hops in the kettle but then it takes a bit of a turn. We add a sizable whirlpool and dry hop charge of modern hops similar to how we would hop a Pale Ale. It has the crispness and drinkability of a Pilsner with the aroma and hop flavor of a Pale Ale. For the New Feels we used a boatload of all new hop varieties starting in the kettle with a brand new variety called Most from the Czech Republic as well as Callista from Germany. Then in the Whirlpool and Dry Hop we add equal amounts of Anchovy, Superdelic, and Luminosa as well as some Kohia Motueka Sub Zero Hop Kief. Notes off tropical fruit and red berry mix with a bit of sulfur from the lager yeast enhancing drinkability and creating a whole new hop experience different than any other beer on the menu.
