Laser Kiwi
The hops we have from New Zealand right now might be the best hops we've experienced in a long time. We add them to a lot of our beers but we thought why not brew a 5% L IPA with nothing but NZ grown varieties. Laser Kiwi utilizes a blend of Nelson and Egger’s Riwaka on the hotside and is then dry hopped with copious amounts of Freestyle Nectaron, Nelson, and that same early harvest Egger’s Riwaka. This is our most highly hopped L IPA and the hop expression is nothing short of amazing. There’s an explosion of exotic tropical fruit, white wine, and that signature NZ high terpene, almost diesel like character that keep you coming back for more. These hops are truly special and this beer does a great job of showcasing that saturated, true-to- type hop character in a surprisingly drinkable package.
