What the hell is a New World Pilsner you ask? Think of it as a traditional pilsner but brewed with more modern hops and more modern brewing practices. These are often called "West Coast Pilsner" or "California Pilsner" but since we're not on the west coast or in California we decided to come up with our own name. Traditional Pilsner malt, thiolized lager yeast, Phantasm, cold fermentation but hopped excessively with modern hop varieties. Crisp and clean like a Pils but with a significantly more flavor and aroma from the Thiols and a significant dry hop of Galaxy, NZ Cascade, HBC586 Cryo, and Cry Pop.
