Glossy is our “house” 6.5% IPA built around the most popular hop on the planet, Citra,. We’re constantly tweaking this beer to try to find the combo that really brings out the best parts of Citra. We took a short detour on the last batch that ended up maybe a bit more dank/woody than we were hoping for. We’re back to that predominantly Tropical/Citrus dominate profile for this one. We did throw in a small amount of Columbus from our good friends at Gooding Farms. They picked a field of Columbus earlier this year and we’re really excited about it. This early pick Columbus has a beautiful zesty pink Grapefruit character to it that we think really amplifies the Citrus aspect of this particular batch.
