Introducing the next double IPA version of one of our core hoppy beers. Glossier takes everything you love about Glossy and cranks it way the fuck up. We took a bit of a different approach to this Double IPA and we’re excited about what we learned and implementing it into future Double IPA recipes. Glossier is all about Citra, Citra, and more Citra. We utilize Idaho7 Dynaboost in the whirlpool, Citra Incognito in the fermenter at knockout and then hit it with two separate dry hops of three different lots of Citra and a bit of Waimea. The result is piles of hop saturation while still maintaining great drinkability. We used over 8#/bbl of hops in this beer. That’s twice the amount that goes into a Dopo.
