Our Classic American Pale ale returns but with a Fresh Hop twist. Sometimes you don’t want all that newschool exotic hop character. Maybe you’re looking for a more classic profile of citrus zest, pine, and even some spicy resin? Well then this is the beer for you. Wet Comet and Zeus were added to the hopback before a post fermentation dry hop addition of Cascade, Simcoe, and Columbus. Crystal clear with a touch more malt character than our typical hoppy beers. A throwback to the classic hops that American Craft Beer was built on. We’re really loving this one and we hope you do too.
