Fistful Of Death is the third beer in our series of Modern West Coast IPAs that take inspiration from some of our favorite Spaghetti Westerns. Each one uses a blend of NZ and North American hop varieties to create flavors and aromas typically found in newer hazy IPAs. Lean and crisp with only a slight amount of hop derived haze, Fistful of Death showcases Nectaron from New Zealand and a brand new hop from the Pacific Northwest called Thora. Combined with a little Simcoe these hops have created some really exotic flavors we’ve maybe never experienced before. Bright stone fruit, and exotic almost overripe tropical fruit, combine with notes of white grapefruit and black current with a little bit of resinous pine. It’s very unique and unlike other beers we’ve brewed before.
