The next installment in our Spaghetti Western inspired series of Modern WC/NZ IPAs is here. These beers are drier and a bit more bitter than our standard IPAs but still packed to the gills with hops for maximum flavor and aroma.

This beer features a blend of American and NZ hops, both new and old. We started with a blend of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Nectaron in the hotside. We then added a sizable amount of Columbus Cryo in the first dry hop for underlying layer of sticky resin, followed it up with an addition of Mosaic that’s bringing more funk and some nice blueberry accents. Finally we dry hopped it again with some of that glorious Motueka from Garston Hops as well as some 24 Harvest Nectaron. We’re getting notes of honeydew, blueberry & funky pineapple fruit salad with a nice sticky resinous finish.
