Modern Double IPA

Dopo Dopo is the double IPA version of our house L IPA Dopo. Brewed once a year to celebrate the start of winter and most importantly to celebrate the start of Aprés season. (Dopo is Italian for “After” BTW). Dopo Dopo is a great representation of how we like to brew Double IPA. Intense hop additions in the kettle, whirlpool, knockout, and dry hop result in a beer that is bursting with hop aromatics and saturated in hop flavor yet still incredibly drinkable.
