Divi Divi is released only once each year in celebration of our Anniversary. It’s the amped up version of our Tropical focused 5% L IPA Divi. This beer showcases the latest hops and hopping techniques and is the most hop saturated beer we make every year.

This years version utilizes an addition of Idaho7 Dynaboost in the whirlpool and then copious amounts of Citra Incognito (think liquid Citra hops) in the fermenter at knockout. This combo really drives a crazy amount of orange fruit to the flavor. After fermentation we then dry hopped it twice with even more Citra, Krush, Nectaron, Nectaron Cryo, and Krush Hyberboost which is a brand new product released this month that concentrates the flavor and aroma of 22lbs of hops into 100g of oil. Right before canning we added some Maui Nelson Sub Zero Hop Kief from Freestyle hops in New Zealand. This is another concentrated oil that’s extracted from a combination of Nelson hops and dried Pineapple.

We’re getting tons of intense Tropical fruit character combined with a really nice orange juice/ peach ring vibe.
