Double IPA

A simple malt bill of Pilsner and 2 row acts as delivery vehicle for a pure onslaught of hops. In full transparency we added a bit of Nectaron to this beer. Galaxy can be incredibly hard to work with and you can’t just treat it as you would other hops. Nectaron has a lot of similarities to Galaxy and it compliments it well in this beer. Nectaron was added to the boil for flavor and was part of the huge 3 stage Dry Hop. We added some just released, liquefied Galaxy in the form of Spectrum at the tail end of fermentation then dry hopped it two more times at cool temps with piles of 2021 harvest T-90 Pellets. Structured bitterness, explosive aroma, and saturated hop flavor. Just how we like our double IPA. Pineapple Rind, Passion fruit, melon, dankness
