Single Hop IPA

Nothin but Citra from Top 2 Bottom.  All Kettle, Whirlpool, and Dry Hop additions consist of Citra, Citra, Citra, and more Citra.  We used a few different lots of T-90 pellets that were surprisingly different from one another as well as a hefty addition of Citra in Cryo form in this batch. 

It’s amazing how complex the fruit character is in this beer.  Everything from Peach, grapefruit, tangerine, lychee, and tropical fruits supported by a oily herbacious aroma that explodes as you open the can.   Incredibly saturated, “true to type” hop flavor yet still very drinkable and light on the palate….Just the way we like it.
