We’ve brewed London Porter a few times now but we thought we’d give this batch of Porter a more “American” spin. A little more body, a more intense roast profile, and a little more hop character courtesy of some amazing Cascade hops grown by the lovely ladies at Gooding Farms. We worked hard to deliver a lot of flavor in this little 4.8% Porter without taking it to the ashy/astringent level that’s so common in low ABV dark beer. It’s incredibly soft and smooth yet brimming with flavor. Let this one warm a bit for maximum enjoyment.
