Our House Hoppy Beer. A blend of our favorite hops from the Pacific Northwest and Southern Hemisphere brings out modern fruit forward flavors and aromas with a touch of that classic dankness. This batch of Dopo utilizes a sizable dose of Trial 702 Mosaic (think liquified Mosaic) in the Whirlpool. This addition of Incognito helps us push the limits of hop saturation in a 5% beer without sacrificing drinkability.
