All Black Nothing returns after too long a hiatus. This was the first “high point” IPA we brewed when we first opened. We’ve brewed it a few times since but for this batch we went back to the original hop combo of Nelson, Riwaka, and Southern Cross. All Black Nothing is a showcase of our favorite hop varieties from New Zealand and is an homage to the NZ Rugby team, not a Black IPA. It explodes with that tangy, expressive, and exotic fruit character that NZ hops are so well known for. We’re getting notes of pink starburst, orange zest, lemon lime soda, and nice spicy/herbaceous quality that keeps it from being too fruity. This might be the best batch of this beer yet. We promise to brew it more often in the future! Promise.
